When Shawn & I married in 2003, we blended a family of four children. Weekend & vacation breakfast outings were our thing! We loved the opportunity to sit around the restaurant table and share stories of each other's week. We were so passionate about it, that in 2007 we began the hunt for a restaurant of our own. We wanted to provide a place where family felt like they were surrounded by family, and that quality never took a back burner. Owning a restaurant, gave us the opportunity to give back to the community that kept us in business. Our employees were taught that the customer is not only our customer, but our community family, and they were needed to maintain success.
Employees are also taught from the beginning of their time with us, two very important things! 1) Do not send something out to a customer that you would not eat. 2) Consistency is the only way to success in this business. Customers want to know that when they come to the Station, that it will be the exact same as the last time they came!
